OUTLIER DISCLAIMER:The above prices are firm. However, in the case of outliers (model requests that are either extremely complex or extremely simple), we may have to negotiate a different price. This will be based on my judgment after seeing your request and/or references.

Terms & Conditions
I. ORDERING
- By ordering, you declare that you have read all of these terms & conditions and agree with them in entirety.
- Please ensure you have read the pricing and know exactly what you are expect and what you will receive. I will complete what is specifically requested, nothing more or less.
- At the very least, a head-on front facing reference must be provided, including the outfit. You may include additional accessories and expressions in the references as well.
- Ordering does not guarantee service. Please await confirmation.
- Orders are first-come first-serve. Once I have confirmed your order, you may send the initial payment. Then I will work exclusively on your order.---II. PROCESS
- The average completion time is 8-10 days after payment (longer for more complex orders). This is not a guarantee, it may take less or more time.
- Progress updates will be periodically sent to you. Please review them promptly and request revisions as soon as possible while your model is being made. Sending late revision requests slows down the process.---III. PAYMENT
- Payment is to be made through PayPal invoice.
- 50% of the total price will be paid upfront as a deposit after I have confirmed your order. This is non-refundable unless I cannot finish your work, in which case you will be given a full refund.
- The remaining 50% will be paid after the final progress update, and after you have paid you will receive the final files.---IV. DISCLAIMERS- I may or may not accept an order application for any reason.
- I reserve the right to record, stream and/or publish the process of creating and testing your model before you receive it (unless otherwise requested).
- I reserve the right to publish screenshots of your model as part of my portfolio (unless otherwise requested).
- After the final payment, you have full ownership of your character model and files.
- If you chargeback on PayPal (or attempt to), this will result in a blacklist as well as no rights to the model and files (which can then be used by me for any purpose).---V. LIMITATIONS
- I will not create nude or explicit content.
- I will not create content that I deem offensive or derogatory.
